My goal is to give you my words of support and encouragement on a consistent basis so that you will continue to stay motivated toward your goal to be healthy and reach or maintain an optimum weight.

In a world that provides MANY distractions, it is often difficult to stay focused on WHY we ever wanted to pass by that brownie or french fry in the first place. This may occur when we are hungry, but more often than not it is occurring when we are bored or in a rush and invariably feeling some kind of stress (yes, boredom is stressful!)!

You need to make TIME for your SELF and give to yourself in ways that you love! You are worth it. And it is ONLY if you give yourself this time and effort that you will EVER have the ability to give to your loved ones in every other area of your life.

You can receive this blog on a regular basis if you wish (on your computer screen or ipod). Or simply bookmark this page in your browser and visit every chance that you get. Your time is valuable (and likely comes in brief chunks), so I will promise to make it as motivational and empowering as possible, in as little words as necessary.

You have come this far, and so I know that you care to succeed in your goals. Arriving here at this blog, in itself, has taken some effort; so congratulations for being one who takes action toward living out your intentions.
